Very bad experience here two times in a row. Mishandled paperwork by staff resulting in delays. Also was given suggestions by the Senior most and highest staff which was later overruled by a person junior to the MD. I am really worried that the mistakes done by the admin for my visa paperwork will not affect my application negatively.
