Responsibilities: ? Handle end-to-end B2B sales for enzyme products in relevant industrial sectors ? Identify new business opportunities and develop client base ? Visit clients across assigned regions extensive field travel is required ? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets ? Conduct product presentations and demos to decision-makers ? Stay updated on market developments, competitor activity, and customer needs Candidate Profile: ? Must have strong field sales experience in industrial/biotech/chemical segments ? Should be enthusiastic about sales and willing to work in a target-driven environment ? Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential ? Prior knowledge or sales experience in enzyme products is a strong advantage Educational Qualification: ? B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology OR ? B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology ? Candidates with B.Sc. or B.Tech plus MBA in Sales/Marketing will be preferred Travel: ? Frequent travel is part of the job (up to 70% field work)
