Qualifications Proficiency in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Employment Laws, and Compliance Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management Skills in Payroll Management and Benefits Administration Effective Communication, Interpersonal, and Conflict Resolution skills Proven ability to strategize and implement employee training and development programs Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3-5 years of professional HR experience; prior experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
