Job Title: Business Development Lead: On-Site Location: Vadodara Company: AKINO Labs Job Description: AKINO Labs is in search of an experienced and strategic Business Development Lead to join our growing team. The prospective employee will be responsible for bringing in new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and expanding the company's customer base within the EU geography. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned geographic territory (EU). 2. Build a thorough understanding of our SaaS offerings and clearly articulate the value proposition to potential clients. 3. Develop an annual sales plan in conjunction with the management team. 4. Participate in contract negotiations and to foster customer loyalty and trust. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies. 6. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. 7. Work in sync with the Product Development Teams to articulate customer needs and product requirements. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and IT services sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. 2. Thorough understanding and experience with AI and NextGen Tech. 3. Experience in working with key markets: US, UK, EU, and Australia. 4. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field. 5. Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. 6. Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Ability to work a shift from 12 PM to 9 PM IST.
