Agnes and Rupal @ Akasa @ GOX checked in my carry-on just to make space for their extra crew who had carry-ons. Disgraceful. They have forgotten who their paying customers are. Akasa's commercial future doesn't look encouraging if employees are giving themselves better travel at the expense of paying customers.
