Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting requirements. Participate in solution design sessions, ensuring business needs are addressed. Analyze data to support business decisions and provide insights through reports and dashboards. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), PowerPoint, etc. 3+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, reporting. or in a similar analytical role. Experience with SQL and database management. Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail and time management.
