Number of Opening : One Nature of Job : You will be responsible for coordinating day to day activities related to the smooth functioning of the business. The preferred qualities of the candidate are as follows. 1) Familiarity in using MS Office. 2) Internet Proficiency. You should know how to draft letters, respond to emails, prepare reports etc. 3) Good communication and writing skills. As the office coordinator, you will be handling our client emails, inbound calls, and also responsible for scheduling our calendar in general. You are expected to draft Letters, e-mails etc. own your own based on the inputs we provide. This is Not a sales job and there are No quotas / targets involved. 4) Educational qualification is not a limiting factor. The emphasis is on your abilities to get the work done. 5) Age is not a limiting factor. 6) Working Hours - 9 am to 5 pm - Monday to Saturday. We respect your personal space. No extra hours will ever be demanded. The First 3 months will be a probation period. 7) Ours is a small operation and we value an allrounder, reliable candidate who can be trusted. 8) Salary will be decided based on your skill and experience. 10) Location : Ayurveda College, Trivandrum.
