Work Structure (Important)

This role follows a schedule aligned with US business hours:

• 12 PM – 4 PM: Mandatory Work from Office for internal coordination, team discussions, and project alignment
• 8 PM onwards: Work from Home for US client meetings and project management activities

Please apply only if you are comfortable with this work structure and timings, it's not a Remote role, one needs to be available in the Office daily.

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage US client relationships and drive technical projects across AI and Application Development.

The role involves understanding client requirements, discussing technical solutions, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Candidates must have experience working on technical projects within IT services, with a good understanding of AI, application development, and technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage US client relationships and lead technical requirement discussions.
• Understand business needs and translate them into technical project requirements.
• Coordinate with AI engineers and development teams on solutioning, project planning, and delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for AI integration, automation, and application development.
• Conduct research on AI tools and technologies to support client requirements.
• Ensure clear communication between clients and internal technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in technical account management, technical project management, IT consulting, or technology delivery.
• Experience handling technical projects involving Application Development, AI, or IT services.
• Understanding of AI tools, LLMs, AI Agents, automation, and software development workflows.
• Experience working with international clients, preferably US-based.
• Excellent communication, requirement-gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and ownership of client projects.

Important Eligibility Criteria

This is a technical client-facing role focused on IT services, Application Development, and AI projects.

Candidates with experience limited to digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, creative agencies, non-IT project management, or non-technical account management should not apply.

Interview Process

• First Round: Virtual interview over Zoom
• Final Round: Face-to-face interview at our Noida office
