Role & responsibilities To follow all the SOPs of Simple Syrup and Ready Syrup Preparation. To assist in CIP to the line / Process executive before and after every batch To do cleaning and washing of floor area of Syrup room and equipment exteriors. To assist the microbiologist in taking sample and to follow his / her instructions. To do correct sugar, Hyflo and Act. Carbon as per the instruction of the process executive In case of deviation immediate corrective action is to be raised.
