Role Overview: As a Technical Writer at Clarifai, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical content strategy for documentation. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product and marketing teams to create engaging technical documentation that appeals to developers and data scientists. You will also oversee a team of ML analysts to ensure the accuracy and clarity of the product representation through various documentation formats. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain clear, concise, and engaging documentation such as guides, manuals, blogs, release notes, and API docs. - Collaborate with engineers, AI/ML specialists, and product managers to translate complex concepts into user-friendly content. - Create tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to assist users in problem-solving with AI/ML products. - Establish documentation standards, style guides, and templates for consistency and usability. - Update documentation regularly to reflect product changes, publish changelogs, and ensure SEO-optimized practices. - Manage the documentation hub to maintain accuracy, engagement, navigability, and visual appeal. - Solicit feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance content quality and developer experience. - Partner with Marketing to drive technical content strategy and increase traffic. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. - Strong technical writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Experience in content marketing and proficiency in SEO/SEM tools like GA4, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush. - Proficiency in creating content using Markdown/HTML and familiarity with tech stacks. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and closely with engineering and AI/ML teams. - Keen interest in AI/ML, cloud computing, and data-driven marketing. - Proficiency in creating technical content across various formats such as documentation, blogs, videos, and design files.
