Description
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML & Prompt Engineer to develop and fine-tune large language model (LLM) prompts, build resume intelligence systems, and implement natural language and video analysis tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop intelligent parsing and scoring logic using NLP techniques. Craft, test, and optimize prompts for GPT-4, Claude, or other LLMs for: Integrate AI models with frontend/backend systems via API. Build or integrate sentiment, tone, and facial expression analysis Work closely with product and frontend teams to translate business goals into scalable AI tools. Required Skills: Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers (BERT, GPT), and LLM prompt engineering. Experience with OpenAI, Claude, or similar APIs (e.g., Qwen, Mistral). Hands-on skills in Python, spaCy, Hugging Face, LangChain or LlamaIndex. Knowledge of parsing libraries or techniques (e.g., Pyresparser, spaCy custom NER). Experience with AI video and voice tools (preferred): Whisper, Deepgram, Amazon Rekognition, or D-ID/Synthesia APIs. Familiarity with databases, API development, and integrating AI into real-world systems. Nice to Have: Knowledge of facial emotion recognition or sentiment analysis.
