AI/ML Engineer - Python/Tensorflow

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our expanding team in Gurgaon. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models using Python and TensorFlow. Your primary focus will be on designing intelligent systems and tackling real-world problems through cutting-edge ML algorithms. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying robust ML models for various tasks such as classification, regression, recommendation, and anomaly detection. You will also be optimizing deep learning models using TensorFlow or related frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understanding data pipelines, and delivering ML-powered features. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning, preprocessing, and exploring large datasets to identify patterns and extract insights, as well as evaluating model performance and implementing strategies for improvement. Automation of model training and deployment pipelines using MLOps best practices will also be a part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models in real-world projects. Strong programming skills in Python, proficiency in ML libraries like TensorFlow, scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas, as well as a solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms are essential. Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, model evaluation techniques, and familiarity with version control tools like Git and deployment tools will be advantageous. Good communication and problem-solving skills are also necessary for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services, exposure to NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines for ML projects.
