Description
As a Web Development Engineer Intern (3-6 months) at VDiSTiE based in Bengaluru, you will have the opportunity to work with our Software team on next-gen solutions that enrich the digital transformation journey of our partners and customers. Your main responsibility will be to implement interactive web UI for enterprise applications, with a focus on creative thinking and creating futuristic solutions. Your roles and responsibilities will include determining the structure and design of web pages, ensuring user experience drives design choices, developing features to enhance user experience, maintaining a balance between functional and aesthetic design, optimizing web design for smartphones, building reusable code for future use, optimizing web pages for speed and scalability, using markup languages to write web pages, maintaining brand consistency throughout design, implementing visual designs in standards-compliant ways, building efficient and reusable front-end systems and abstractions, suggesting and implementing improvements to existing product interfaces, ensuring assigned systems perform to scale, and collaborating closely with the product management team to define and refine features. To be successful in this role, you should have an understanding of key design principles, proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, knowledge of server-side CSS, experience in consuming APIs from backend, familiarity with responsive and adaptive design, understanding of SEO principles, strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
