AI Solution Expert

As an AI Expert, your role will involve designing and implementing RAG pipelines using state-of-the-art LLMs and vector databases. You will be optimizing retrieval efficiency through hybrid search, re-ranking, embeddings fine-tuning, and metadata enrichment. Additionally, as part of your responsibilities, you will architect and deploy agentic AI platforms to enable autonomous agents to interact with tools, APIs, and enterprise data. Collaborating with engineering teams to integrate AI workflows into production applications, defining and tracking evaluation metrics for AI responses, ensuring scalability, robustness, and compliance of AI systems in real-world deployments, and staying up to date with advancements in LLMs, retrieval frameworks, and orchestration tools will also be crucial aspects of your role. Providing technical leadership and mentoring team members in AI/ML best practices are key responsibilities that you will undertake. Your qualifications for this position include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. You must have proven experience with LLMs and retrieval-augmented systems, hands-on expertise with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, etc., and proficiency in Python and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy (or equivalent). A deep understanding of agentic workflows, tool orchestration, and AI-driven automation, experience in designing evaluation frameworks, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate research into practical business solutions are essential skills and qualifications required for this role.,
