AI Researcher

As an AI Researcher joining our Product Management & Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product vision, driving content marketing, and ensuring that our solutions stay ahead in the realm of AI advancements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product management, marketing, and R&D teams to refine the AI vision for TotalAgility. You will monitor the evolving AI landscape, identify trends and emerging technologies relevant to workflow automation and intelligent document processing, and develop vision prototypes and demonstrations using cutting-edge AI models and algorithms. Sharing insights with internal stakeholders, you will help inform product strategy and marketing initiatives by translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives and future roadmaps. Additionally, you will create, document, and review user stories, feature overviews, product requirements documents, and enhancement requests in collaboration with product owners and R&D. You will support various processes such as the internal Field Request process, RFP responses, infosec reviews, and customer briefings by providing technical insights and clear explanations of AI capabilities. Your role will also involve participating in customer meetings, analyst briefings, and industry events as a subject matter expert. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating high-impact marketing assets like explainer videos, technical blogs, demonstrations, and whitepapers to showcase AI-driven features and use cases. Partnering with marketing teams, you will ensure technical accuracy and engaging storytelling in all content. In terms of research, benchmarking, and testing, you will conduct in-depth research and benchmarking of AI technologies, design and execute experiments to validate new AI concepts, and assess competitive positioning. You will monitor country-specific AI compliance laws and regulations, prepare documentation for AI due diligence and compliance audits, and ensure that TotalAgility's AI features meet regulatory and industry standards. To thrive in this role, you should possess prompt engineering skills, experience with RAG/Vector Databases, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, and JavaScript, and familiarity with major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with machine learning, LLM model training, graph databases, and certifications in AI are desirable. A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field, along with proven experience in AI research, technical writing, and collaboration skills are essential.
