AI Research Scientist

As a Deep Learning Engineer at our company, your role involves developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions for drug discovery and pharmaceutical research. You will be responsible for building deep learning models, developing generative AI systems, and creating agentic AI solutions to address pharmaceutical challenges. Additionally, you will collaborate with chemists and biologists to publish and present your findings. Key Responsibilities: - Build deep learning models for molecular design, drug discovery, and protein analysis - Develop generative AI systems for molecule generation and lead optimization - Create agentic AI solutions to automate scientific workflows - Prototype and deploy AI applications for pharmaceutical challenges - Collaborate with chemists and biologists; publish/present findings Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related field - Strong expertise in deep learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow) - Hands-on experience with generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) - Experience building agentic AI systems and autonomous agents - Track record of publications OR prototyping/deployment - Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks In addition to the above requirements, preferred qualifications include experience in pharma/biotech or life sciences, knowledge of cheminformatics or molecular modeling, and familiarity with GNNs and molecular representations.,
