AI Product Designer

You will play a crucial role in designing next-gen AI experiences at Zocket, where you will go beyond traditional UI/UX and craft intuitive agentic interfaces for users to collaborate with AI in real time to build and launch ad campaigns. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end product design, from deep research to polished UIs for web and mobile platforms. You will integrate AI-first design principles by balancing automation with user trust and control, creating transparent interactions that instill confidence in AI-driven decisions. Collaboration with AI teams is essential, as you will work closely with product, engineering, and AI/ML experts to transform various AI models into accessible workflows. You will also be expected to push the boundaries of prototyping using modern tools and AI-driven builders to test ideas that can scale globally. Furthermore, you will shape a design system for an AI-first platform, champion user research & usability testing, and stay updated on new AI/GenAI tools and design patterns. Your qualifications should include 3+ years of product design experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or AI-first platforms, along with a portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving, global usability, and elegant design under complexity. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and exposure to AI-driven tools is required. A strong foundation in UI/UX principles, design systems, interaction design, research, and usability testing is necessary. Moreover, you should have a working knowledge of LLMs, agents, generative AI, and the ability to design for AI-driven workflows. Additionally, your systems thinking skills will be put to the test as you design agentic ecosystems where multiple AI agents, humans, and tools work seamlessly together.,
