As an AI Software Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be part of a team working on comprehensive Performance Optimization tools for cutting-edge machine learning solutions on the Snapdragon platform. Your role will involve driving improvements in the software stack to enhance ease of use and performance realization by Windows Application Developers on Snapdragon. **Responsibilities:** - Understand trends in ML model design and workflow through engagement with application developers and academic research - Continuously measure KPIs for AI development tools on Windows on Snapdragon - Conduct competitive benchmarking of tools and workflows on different platforms - Enhance AI performance debug, analysis, and optimization tools for AI application development on Windows on Snapdragon - Collaborate with 3rd party developers and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class tools and documentation - Contribute new features and designs to the Qualcomm AI toolkit **Skills And Experience:** - 1-10 years of experience in AI application development - Experience in building AI applications using ML tools preferably on Windows on CPU, GPU, NPU - Proficiency in C, C++, and Python - Experience with performance optimization of AI on GPU, NPU, CPU - Strong communication skills - Ability to learn, think, and adapt in a fast-changing environment **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of Software Engineering experience - OR Master's degree with 1+ year of Software Engineering experience - OR PhD in relevant field with 2+ years of academic or work experience in programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python If you are an individual with a disability and need accommodation during the application/hiring process, Qualcomm is committed to providing accessible support.
