Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop AI/ML solutions that align with business objectives. Design, develop, and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and data pipelines to extract insights and patterns from complex datasets. Work with large datasets, both structured and unstructured, and employ data preprocessing techniques to enhance model performance. Train and fine-tune machine learning models using various techniques and frameworks. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and robustness of deployed models. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into projects. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team. Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to understand domain-specific challenges and develop effective AI-driven solutions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of professional experience in AI and machine learning engineering. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or similar. Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn). Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Familiarity with deep learning architectures and algorithms. Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bonus Skills Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for handling large-scale datasets. Understanding of deployment strategies for machine learning models.
