Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled AI-ML Engineer to join our team at Merck Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with the ability to develop and implement advanced algorithms and models.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop scalable and efficient machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions using AI and ML.
Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support model development and deployment.
Work closely with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of ML models into existing systems.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and ML.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, and statistics.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas effectively.
