AI-ML Engineer

As an AI-ML Engineer at CGI, you will be part of our AI engineering team, contributing to the development of modern agentic frameworks such as Google ADK, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph. Your primary focus will be on developing Model Context Protocols (MCP) and enhancing agent-based systems. Working closely with our CICD platform tooling and global architecture teams, you will play a key role in scaling AI architecture and automation to drive the evolution of our agentic SDLC platform. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining Kubernetes-based containerized microservices and CICD automation pipelines to support the software development life cycle. You will also be responsible for building modular agent workflows, developing and managing multi-agent systems, optimizing MCP pipelines, and fine-tuning foundation models for enhanced performance in domain-specific applications. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field, along with at least 2 years of experience in AI/ML or developer platform teams. Strong coding skills in Python and Golang are required, as well as experience in MCP implementation, Kubernetes, service mesh technologies, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
