Description
Experience working with general purpose LLM, using techniques such as Document/Graph RAG, function calling, structured output, fine-tuning and distillation. Experience working with advanced reasoning LLM, with solution built around Agentic workflow in planning, reflection, and tool use. Experience in classical machine learning (ML) model development in Health Insurance/Medical context, such as using longitudinal data to draw inference, handling of high dimensional data in medical diagnosis, and knowing the intricacy of how medical conditions are interrelated. Experience in Explainable AI (XAI), to provide model reasoning for each individual case. Experience in Responsible AI (RAI), with proper fairness, ethics and transparency in place. Experience in standard ML lifecycle, building components such as feature pipeline, model pipeline, experiment tracking, fine-tuning, testing and validation, etc. Coding language in Python and SQL will be good enough, framework such as Pyspark, SHAP, MLflow, Sklearn, Responsible AI toolbox, etc. Good English proficiency.
