Job Title: AI Engineer

About the Role:

AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and algorithms
Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and developers to integrate AI models into products and services
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning
Research and evaluate new AI tools and technologies to enhance existing systems
Create clear documentation for models, pipelines, and workflows
Monitor model performance and retrain as needed to maintain accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field
Minimum
3 years
of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, NLP, deep learning)
Experience with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and model deployment
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have:

Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or AI model optimization
Exposure to MLOps tools and pipelines
Understanding of data privacy and security standards
