AI Engineer

Nurture Xcel, Gurugram, some client travel. 3 to 5 years.

Construction teams file site issues by hand, build reports in Excel and PowerPoint, and check long documents line by line. We're building AI that does the first pass, and a person checks it.

You'll build the parts that turn voice notes and photos into draft issues in Autodesk Construction Cloud, read drawings and documents, measure quantities by the client's own rules, compare supplier quotes and check their own work. When the AI gets something wrong on a messy file, you work out why and fix it.

You must have strong Python, and you've shipped LLM features and measured how well they work (tool use, evals, prompts that hold up on real files). Speech to text, computer vision or CAD data helps.

How we work: AI agents do the bulk of the coding, testing and research. You lead them: you give each one its task and you answer for what ships.

Hiring test: a short test on a sample project file. You find where the software went wrong and fix it.
