We are hiring for product based IT firm. Urgent requirement, Interested one can apply on the post or Share the resume on "ayush.kumar@thehrsolutions.in" Location Remote or WFH Exp:-5+ Years Position Name : AI developer Detailed JD: Core Skills: Python Programming : i. Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and NumPy for AI/ML development . ii. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming principles. iii. Experience with RESTful APIs and frameworks like Flask or FastAPI. AI and Machine Learning : i. Familiarity with AI concepts such as neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-augmented Generation (RAG) Systems, computer vision, and reinforcement learning. ii. Understanding of model training, fine-tuning, and deployment. iii. Experience with pre-trained models, such as those available in AWS Bedrock. Database Management : i. Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB). ii. Ability to design, query, and optimize databases for AI-related tasks. iii. Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes. AWS Bedrock and Cloud Expertise : i. Understanding of AWS Bedrock for deploying and managing generative AI models. ii. Familiarity with other AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SageMaker, ECS/EKS, and IAM for integration and security. iii. Proficiency in cloud infrastructure setup, resource provisioning, and cost optimization. Additional Skills: Data Engineering : i. Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data pipeline automation. ii. Proficiency in tools like Apache Airflow, Spark, or AWS Glue. DevOps : i. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI solutions. ii. Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Version Control and Collaboration : i. Experience with Git and collaborative development practices. ii. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking : i. Strong problem-solving skills to address AI implementation challenges. ii. Analytical thinking to evaluate and interpret AI model results. Soft Skills: Communication : i. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ii. Clear documentation of AI models, workflows, and implementations. Teamwork : i. Working collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, and product managers. Adaptability : Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Python libraries, and AWS
