As an AI and Robotics Teacher at Divya Shanthi High School, located in Lingarajapuram, Bangalore, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering program aimed at Grades 3-10. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging lessons in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, coding, and other related technologies. You will have the chance to conduct hands-on activities and experiments using AI kits and robotic tools, fostering a practical understanding of these concepts. Additionally, you will be expected to integrate STEM principles into your teaching, promoting creative thinking and problem-solving skills among students. Assessing student progress through projects and practical work, collaborating with fellow teachers to encourage interdisciplinary learning, and organizing various activities such as exhibitions, competitions, and AI club events will also be part of your role. To be considered for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, AI, or a related field. Previous teaching experience or training in AI/Robotics for school students would be advantageous. Proficiency in tools like Scratch, Arduino, sensors, coding platforms, and AI concepts is essential, along with excellent communication and classroom management skills.
