AI Agent Workflow Architect

As an AI Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for designing prompt templates for LLMs across various tasks like classification, Q&A, generation, and reasoning. Your tasks will also involve developing modular agent workflows that include decision branches and fallback logic. You will conduct prompt evaluation experiments to ensure accuracy, reliability, and a good user experience. Collaboration with domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business processes into agent logic will be a key part of your role. Moreover, your responsibilities will include monitoring user interactions and model performance to make necessary iterations.
