JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary: The Purchase Pharmacy Assistant is responsible for assisting in the procurement of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and related inventory for the pharmacy. This role ensures that the procurement process is efficient, compliant, and aligned with the organization's stock requirements and budget constraints. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES; · Responsible for the cost-effective inventory management of pharmacy drugs and products. · Maintenance of appropriate stock level in Pharmacy. · Issues purchase order to primary or alternative suppliers via online, computer and manual · procedure. · Maintaining vendor related compliance and payment details. · Confers with sales representatives regarding product offers, new drugs and availability of drugs. · Execute drug return process based on expiry month’s calculation. · Handling of orders and maintaining stocks at the time of non-availability and non-supply. · Finding new brands for non-available drugs to available generics. · SRRV pharma stock auditing · Bulk Pharmacy products ordering for Home · Preparing SRRV pharma doctor wise sales profit data. · Preparing SRRV pharma monthly sales profit data. · Preparing monthly doctors wise sales profit data · Conducting PTC meeting with all doctors · Medical camps and monthly HOME medicine ordering for Bulk pharmacy. · All branches monthly general medicine ordering and follow-ups · Both K.K.NAGAR and Bulk pharmacy purchase bills checking after purchase entry. · Checking vendor, bill amount and tax checking for all purchase in tally entry. · Maintaining Pharmacy, bulk and tally entry bills. · Credit and Debit note follow-ups. · Alternative person for cashier duty · BULK Pharmacy purchase entry work · K.K.NAGAR and BULK PHAMACY stock auditing.
