Position Senior Quality Assurance Inspector LOCATION: Al Ain Purpose The Senior Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for overseeing, conducting, and monitoring inspection activities to support the Quality Management System. This role also involves implementing and enforcing quality policies and procedures across the site, co-manufacturers, and warehouses. Key Responsibilities Ensure that all the quality check procedures are put in place during every production phase. Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and ensure corrective actions. Create process checklists and coordinate with QA supervisor and manager. Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products. Assist the QA Supervisor and manager in the internal audit of the process. Regularly audit/inspect the facilities and distribution trucks. Prepare daily analysis reports, batch reports and positive release reports. Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology or related subjects Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing, including at least 2 years specifically in chocolate, sweets, or confectionery production. Good knowledge in GMP and food hygiene. Strong investigating and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of food safety procedures.
