AGM - Design Engineer

As a Lead Engineer in the Transmission & Distribution line projects, you will be responsible for managing the design and engineering aspects to ensure cost-effective, accurate, and timely delivery using AutoCAD 2D & SolidWorks 3D. - Lead the design team in creating T&D drawings, models, and BOMs. - Review client specifications and ensure compliance with IS/IEC/IEEE standards. - Prepare structural designs for towers, poles, and hardware. - Optimize designs for material efficiency and manufacturability. - Collaborate effectively with project, procurement, and execution teams. - Mentor junior engineers and maintain control over design documentation. You should have the following qualifications and experience: - Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - 8-10 years of design experience in T&D line projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, SolidWorks 3D, and mechanical design principles. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination skills. The company is looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Transmission and distribution line segment.
