AGM (Automotive Engineering) / Vehicle Manufacturing Lead

The Vehicle Manufacturing Lead is responsible for overseeing the engineering and production of PRT PODs by the partner vendor, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline targets. The role involves close coordination with engineering, procurement, and quality teams to ensure the successful delivery of PODs that meet project specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the POD manufacturing process at the partner vendor's facility, ensuring adherence to technical specifications. - Develop and implement production plans to meet project milestones. - Work closely with design, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure manufacturability. - Monitor and optimize production efficiency while maintaining high quality standards. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. - Coordinate factory acceptance testing (FAT) before POD shipment to the project site. - Manage drawings and specifications for the above. - Maintain the time schedule and keep CTO informed of any shortfall in the time schedule. Key Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Automobile, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. - 12+ years of experience in automobile manufacturing. - Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control. - Management degree will be an added advantage. - Experience with CAD/CAM/CATIA software and manufacturing process automation. - People with Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) / autonomous mobility knowledge shall be preferred.,
