As a Senior Project Manager at Bix Bytes Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing projects for our Swiss clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the scope of projects and create detailed documents outlining project requirements. You will conduct project meetings to ensure effective communication among team members and provide the necessary tools and training for project success. Monitoring projects regularly to evaluate progress, quality, and manage issue resolution process will be a key aspect of your role. Maintaining the quality of project documents and data integrity will be essential to ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with project stakeholders to report analyzed data and communicate results effectively. In addition to project management tasks, you will optimize talent utilization through development and mobility programs, manage project estimating activities, and adhere to standardized format guidelines. Developing additional tools and refining processes to improve project efficiency will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve coordinating project activities, recording achievements, expenses, and success measures, as well as analyzing potential risks and benefits of technology solutions. Delegating project tasks based on team members" strengths, skill sets, and experience levels will be crucial for project success. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and experience with tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, Word, and Power Point. Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management skills, including resource and time management, will be essential. Confidence to work under pressure, passion for effective management, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making are qualities we value.
