Agile Project Management Project Manager

You will play a key role as a web project manager in leading the development of our company's website. Collaborating closely with our IT team, you will be involved in conceptualizing the website, guiding the team through various stages of product development, and overseeing the live deployment of the website. To excel in this role, you should have a wealth of experience in website design and demonstrate a strong ability to lead web development initiatives effectively. A successful web project manager will be able to translate their expertise in web design into creating an innovative online presence for our company. As a Program/Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing activities related to end-to-end project management. This includes creating project plans and estimates, scoping and defining requirements, overseeing implementation, and ensuring successful deployment. You will actively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables to ensure project success. Your role will be at Management Level 6, and we require a candidate with 2-5 years of work experience. The work location for this position is in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. The must-have skill for this role is Agile Project Management, while having experience in Technology Specialization is considered a good-to-have skill. Key Responsibilities include acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. You will also serve as a custodian for the Agile process, ensuring that all scrum processes are used as intended. Your responsibilities will involve protecting the team, removing barriers to successful implementation, and keeping them focused on the task at hand. Additionally, you will help the Product Owner maximize productivity by maintaining the backlog and release plans and publishing reports to keep the product owner updated on the team's progress. The ideal candidate will have technical experience as a Technical Scrum Master, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Working experience in an ecommerce project is mandatory for this role.
