Agentic AI & LLM Engineer with MCP orchestration (BFSI & FinTech)

As an LLM Engineer (Agentic AI) at Fin 100X.AI, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and deploying agentic AI systems specifically tailored for FinTech use cases. Your primary focus will be on creating and refining LLM pipelines for BFSI applications, implementing multi-agent orchestration logic, ensuring explainability, audit trails, and compliance guardrails, as well as collaborating with backend and frontend teams for end-to-end project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and fine-tune LLM pipelines (RAG, finetuning, prompt optimization) for BFSI use-cases. - Develop multi-agent orchestration logic using MCP, CrewAI, LangGraph, and AutoGen. - Implement explainability, audit trails, and compliance guardrails according to regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA). - Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and Qdrant for financial knowledge retrieval. - Collaborate with backend (Node.js/Python) & frontend (React Native) teams to ensure seamless integration. - Create deterministic calculators for SIP, Tax, Retirement, and Credit score simulations with LLM reasoning integration. - Optimize vernacular NLP capabilities in English, Hindi, Marathi, and other Indian languages. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong experience in LLM engineering & Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, DSPy, or MCP). - Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask) & Node.js microservices. - Understanding of RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases. - Experience with cloud infrastructure & DevOps (AWS, GCP, Azure, Indian GPU infra preferred). - Knowledge of BFSI/FinTech compliance standards (KYC, AML, RBI, SEBI, IRDAI guidelines) is advantageous. - Desired mindset: Builder, hands-on coder, startup speed, compliance-aware.
