Job Description

You will be responsible for the Inbound tech sales process in an International BPO environment. The role requires a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in Outbound tech support in an international BPO setting. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical assistance to US/AUS and Canadian customers on inbound tech and website processes. - Achieve monthly sales targets with a 15% to 20% expected hike. - Receive fixed salary on the 1st of every month along with additional daily sales incentives and attendance incentives. - Work in UK and US shifts with 6 working days and rotational offs.
