Area Sales Manager / Branch Manager Company Name: Afyun Plywood Industries Industry: Plywood Manufacturing Location: Trivandrum, Bangalore, Tirupati Job Description / Responsibilities: Drive sales and achieve business targets in the assigned territory. Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks for plywood and allied products. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach through effective sales strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness. Manage and mentor sales executives and ensure team performance aligns with organizational goals. Coordinate with internal departments for timely supply, payment follow-ups, and customer service. Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand presence and visibility. Prepare periodic sales reports and performance reviews for management. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). 2 - 6 years of experience in building materials, plywood, laminates, or similar product sales. Strong network in dealer/distributor segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling regional business operations independently. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
