As we expand our operations in India, we are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused After-Sales Technical Service Engineer to support our growing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning: Perform on-site installation, wiring verification, testing, and commissioning of NEWARE battery testing equipment and system cabinets.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Provide prompt technical support, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and conduct board-level repairing as well as hardware/software fault diagnostics.
- System Communication & Software Support: Diagnose and resolve communication issues between testing hardware, PC software, and data collection systems (Modbus/RS485, network setups).
- Client Training & Technical Support: Deliver on-site technical guidance, product demonstrations, and system operational training for client engineers and lab technicians.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical contact for local customers (battery labs, EV manufacturers, research centers), handling high-priority service requests with urgency.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Coordinate with the regional HR/Operations team and global HQ technical escalation teams to ensure timely resolution of complex engineering issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Electronics, or related technical disciplines.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of hands-on field service experience in power electronics, solar inverters, UPS systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), or automated testing equipment.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in AC/DC circuit troubleshooting, board-level component diagnosis, and wiring verification.
- Experience with Modbus, RS485 communication protocols, data acquisition, and software-hardware integration.
- Strong familiarity with high-precision testing instruments or industrial control systems.
- Communication & Mobility:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India to customer sites on short notice.
- Openness to short-term overseas training (e.g., Hong Kong HQ / regional hubs).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
