After Effects Compositor & Motion Graphics Artist

We are looking for a highly skilled After Effects Compositor with strong expertise in motion graphics and Photoshop layer compositing. The ideal candidate must be proficient in integrating layered PSD files into After Effects and bringing them to life through animation, effects, and compositing. A solid understanding of third-party plugins (such as Trapcode Particular, Optical Flares, Element 3D, etc.) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform After Effects compositing using layered Photoshop files as the primary workflow.

Create high-quality motion graphics for events, commercials, social media, and branding projects.

Integrate 2D/3D elements seamlessly into live-action footage.

Use third-party plugins like Trapcode Particular, Optical Flares, Element 3D, etc., to enhance visuals.

Collaborate with directors, designers, and 3D artists to achieve the desired visual style.

Manage project timelines, versions, and assets in an organized way.

Optimize compositions for smooth playback and final render quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects.

Strong experience in Photoshop layer compositing for motion graphics and VFX.

Knowledge of motion graphics principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling.

Experience with third-party plugins (Particular, Optical Flares, Saber, Plexus, Element 3D, etc.).

Understanding of compositing workflows, rotoscoping, keying, and tracking.

Ability to work with 3D passes and render layers for integration.

Strong sense of timing, typography, and color theory.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics/compositing.

Preferred (Good to Have):

Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite apps (Photoshop,Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

Familiarity with projection mapping or large-scale event visuals.
