Aeronautical & Aerospace Engineer

Role Overview: As an Aeronautical & Aerospace Engineer at ESS Test Facility in Bangalore, your primary responsibility will be to operate the ESS test facility efficiently. You will be required to coordinate with AMC Industry partners, arrange machines for AMC and calibration of measuring instruments, and chambers. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting various tests such as vibration, thermal cycling, and combined environmental tests as per MIL / JSS / IEC standards. Operating and maintaining climatic chambers and vibration test systems will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing knowledge of the operation of ESS test facility is mandatory - Coordinating with AMC Industry partner for machine arrangements and calibration of measuring instruments and chambers - Coordinating inter-divisional work related to the ESS test facility - Conducting vibration, thermal cycling, and combined environmental tests following MIL / JSS / IEC standards - Operating and maintaining climatic chambers and vibration test systems - Planning and executing vibration (sine, random, shock) and thermal cycling / thermal shock tests as per test plans Qualifications Required: - B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering - Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience Note: Immediate joiners and local candidates are preferred for this permanent job position at the ESS Test Facility in Bangalore.
