You are an experienced Frontend Architect with over 8 years of experience in frontend development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. You have expertise in React, a basic understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and a proven ability to provide technical solutions. Your role involves architecting and designing scalable, maintainable, and robust frontend solutions using React. You will lead and mentor a team of frontend developers to ensure code quality and high performance standards. Your responsibilities also include providing end-to-end technical solutions that align with business needs and technical execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as backend developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers, to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensuring seamless integration of frontend components with AEM and other backend technologies is crucial. Additionally, you will perform code reviews, testing, and optimization to maintain best practices, staying updated with industry trends and adopting modern technologies and practices. Your strong skillset includes experience in React, Next.js, and JavaScript frameworks, along with an understanding of Tailwind CSS for efficient styling and design. Basic knowledge of AEM and its integration with frontend technologies, familiarity with GraphQL for API integration, and proven experience in providing technical solutions are essential. You possess an excellent understanding of frontend architecture design patterns and best practices, as well as knowledge of microfrontend architecture for building modular and scalable frontend applications. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), responsive web design, version control (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel), and modern workflows is required.
