Based in the Silicon Beach of India, Mangalore, with a hybrid work model , the Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing a team, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. The role includes travel to client locations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Open Network For Digital Commerce (ONDC) or knowledge of public digital infrastructure is a strong advantage. Background in SaaS/E-Commerce/Retail/IT Services sales preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Required Skills and Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, platforms, or e-commerce solutions. Demonstrated success in leading a sales team and closing high-value deals. Strong understanding of the Indian retail or digital commerce landscape. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho) Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a remote, performance-driven environment. Willingness to travel for field-level engagement.
