Position: Sales Lead – Middle East Market & APAC Location: DIFC Innovation Hub, Dubai or Chennai,India We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our business expansion in the Middle East. This role is based at the DIFC Innovation Hub, Dubai , and offers a unique opportunity to drive market penetration and establish a strong foothold in the ESG, sustainability, and carbon markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand our presence in the Middle East, with a focus on ESG, sustainability, and carbon markets. Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders, including corporations, government entities, and financial institutions. Drive business development efforts by exploring new opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and closing high-value deals. Educate clients on the benefits of sustainable finance, carbon credit trading, and ESG compliance solutions. Lead market analysis and stay ahead of evolving regulatory frameworks and industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven track record in sales, business development, or market expansion , preferably in ESG, sustainability, carbon trading, or related financial sectors. Strong understanding of the Middle East business landscape, particularly in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and GCC markets . Entrepreneurial mindset with a "can-do" attitude to explore new markets and drive commercial success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams. Prior experience in ESG, sustainability, carbon markets, or sustainable finance is highly desirable.
