Advisory Consultant-RedHat OpenShift Virtualization

As an Advisory Consultant on the Dell Technologies Consulting team in Bangalore, you play a crucial role in architecting and leading complex projects. You contribute to Intellectual Property (IP) and Offer development activities, facilitate multi-discipline workshops, participate in strategic planning, develop solution vision and scope for customer initiatives, troubleshoot deployment and integration challenges, and mentor junior consultants. Your responsibilities include: - Contributing to customer cloud and virtualization strategies development - Facilitating design discussions around proposed architecture - Serving as a project lead to ensure a high-quality delivery experience - Understanding customers" strategic goals and guiding them to adopt modern cloud solutions - Leading the design and implementation of tailored OpenShift and OpenStack solutions - Serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues related to OpenShift and OpenStack - Assisting organizations in establishing near-term goals for their cloud and virtualization program Qualifications Required: - 13+ years of professional experience in customer facing IT roles with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in client-facing assessments, designs, and advanced RedHat configuration - Proficiency in RedHat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, OpenStack, and Ansible Automation - Deployment and integration experience across Hyperscalers or Hosting Providers - Advanced knowledge of performing architecture reviews and replatforming Desirable Requirements: - Professional Certifications: Must Have RHCSA preferred - Passion for driving change and transformation as a true consultant Join Dell Technologies to be part of a family of businesses that drives transformation and innovation in how individuals and organizations work, live, and play.
