As a Advisor, Financial Analysis Risk Intelligence Analytics on the Software Engineer-IT Team in Bangalore at Dell Technologies, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the Risk Intelligence Analytics team by providing risk-based insights and business value through data analytics and visualization. Here's what you will achieve in this role: - Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and other automation tools to benefit different areas of Finance. - Utilize excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and develop technical solutions. - Analyze complex data and effectively communicate resulting insights. Experience with data quality checks and understanding of relational database structures and BI tools. - Strong capability with SQL and willingness to become an expert in building queries and manipulating data. Interest in statistical programming, including R. - Handle ambiguity effectively, work in multi-disciplinary teams, and have a can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop. - Train, coach, and develop new and current team members. Qualifications required for this role: Essential Requirements: - Automation Anywhere 360 experience with Robotic implementations and knowledge of end-to-end application architecture. - Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience with 6 to 8 years of experience. - Ability to drive the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and develop proof of concepts for new programs. - Strong SQL/PLSQL, SSIS, Teradata experience in Business Intelligence solutions. Desirable Requirements: - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Audit automation and Fortune 500 company experience are considered a plus.
