As a Senior Merchandiser for a Garment Export Factory in Jaipur, you will play a vital role in creating and executing merchandising strategies to ensure timely delivery and maintain product quality. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the production team, communicating internally and externally, handling sampling, preparing purchase orders, obtaining approvals on lab dips, submitting size sets to buyers, and overseeing bulk production. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with experience in garment merchandising and the export industry. A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred. You will also be responsible for product development, price quotations, managing accessories and trims, maintaining internal order sheets in ERP, and ensuring timely inspections. With over 7 years of experience, you should have a solid background in working with international buyers, understanding the technical aspects of garment construction, and ensuring on-time delivery with the right quality and quantity. The salary for this position will be based on your experience and will include a hike on your current CTC.
