Key job responsibilities for the Senior Creative Director include leading with innovative creative direction to drive business goals, such as developing creative strategies for Local Originals and films, conceptualizing ideas that resonate with the brand, and translating complex business challenges into clear creative briefs. The SCD ensures pixel-perfect quality across all static and AV asset creation, establishes relationships with creative agencies for scalable delivery, supervises end-to-end campaigns, negotiates and defends creative choices, fosters trust with internal and external stakeholders, manages multiple problem statements effectively, and aligns creative thinking with business impacts and goals.
