Role Summary: The Sales Manager in real estate is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and coach a team of real estate sales agents to meet sales quotas and improve performance. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and market research to identify new business opportunities. Build, maintain, and expand client relationships through effective communication and negotiation. Monitor sales activities, compile sales reports, and analyze sales data to measure performance. Stay updated on local real estate market trends, government regulations, and competitor movements. Oversee sales operations including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches. Ensure compliance with real estate policies and ethical standards. Coordinate between clients, company, and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service. Conduct training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining sales documentation. Foster a positive company image and workplace decorum. Qualifications: Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (any graduate). Strong leadership and personnel management capabilities. Profound knowledge of real estate market dynamics, sales cycles, and regulatory environment. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
