Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, utilizing Agile methodologies. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Technical Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in production support roles. Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and related technologies. Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex issues in production environments.Professional Attributes : Provide day-to-day support for production systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
