Job Description

As an Individual Contributor at the P40 level, your role will involve being a reliable partner to the ICX sales team, providing key insights and advanced analytics on various business critical asks from Integrated Customer Experience sales & support business teams. You will work on use cases such as product recommendations, causal analysis, forecasting, predicting customer churn, and developing classifiers, predictive, prescriptive models using advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and deep learning. Collaboration with partners to bring AI-based assisted use cases to life and driving all aspects of data science/ML product development will be essential. Additionally, you will be part of a team culture that emphasizes sound scientific processes and deep engagement with internal customers. Effective communication and influencing skills will be crucial as you demonstrate findings to technical and non-technical partners. Please note that the team works from 2 pm-11 pm IST. Key Responsibilities: - Provide key insights and advanced analytics to the ICX sales team - Work on use cases such as product recommendations, causal analysis, forecasting, and predicting customer churn - Collaborate with partners to bring AI-based use cases to life - Drive all aspects of data science/ML product development - Demonstrate findings and influence technical and non-technical partners Qualification Required: - Proven work experience in advanced analytics and data science - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark - General understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing concepts - Ability to work closely with analytics, data science, and software engineers - Excellent communication and collaboration skills As the ideal candidate, you should have 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics and data science, machine learning/statistics. A degree in Computer Science & Engineering/Statistics, adaptability to evolving priorities, and proven ability to work effectively in diverse teams will be beneficial. Your track record of delivering cloud-scale products and services, strategic thinking, and focus on great customer experiences will be valued.
