If you have a passion for using AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen computation models to solve real-world problems, we are looking for talent like you with 2+ years of experience. **Key Responsibilities**: - Designing autonomous, reasoning-driven systems in the field of Agentic AI - Utilizing Python for ML/AI pipelines and quantum programming - Implementing Deep Learning using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face frameworks - Working on NLP and LLMs with experience in transformer architectures, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning models - Demonstrating expertise in ML Ops including model deployment, performance tuning, and monitoring - Applying strong foundations in Mathematics, Probability, Linear Algebra, and Statistics **Qualifications Required**: - Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts such as supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning - Ability to research, prototype, and scale AI models into production - Comfortable in a cross-functional R&D environment - Prior experience contributing to AI publications, open-source projects, or patents is a plus If you join JTW, you will have the opportunity to work on industry-defining projects with an elite research team.
